Contents
The programme structures its contents into 3 main blocks:
Leadership and management of sports organisations, which includes the topics of:
- Operations and strategy
- Financial and accounting management
- Innovative and entrepreneurial projects
- Information and data management
- Human resources
Marketing and communication in the sports industry, which includes the topics of:
- Marketing strategies and methods
- Commercial management
- Communication and media
- Sports sponsorship
- Alliances and collaborations in the sports sector
Specific areas of the sports field, which include the topics of:
- Governance of the sports sector
- Digital transformation
- Sports competitions
- Sports facilities
The first two blocks are divided into 4 Courses, 2 with a more theoretical aspect and 2 more focused on practical applications. In relation to the third block, there are only 2 Courses, which also maintains the logic of one more theoretical and one more practical.
In addition the final master's thesis must be added.

Itinerary
Lifelong Learning Master's Degree in Sports Administration and Marketing can be completed in two ways:
- Enroll in the entire Lifelong Learning Master's Degree program.
- Enroll in the Specialization Diploma in Sports Business (program 5294) and, once completed, enroll in the Master's Final Project.

- ST04: Build people management plans that foster leadership, inclusion and commitment, establishing strategic alliances and collaborations that optimize coordination and organisational effectiveness.
- ST05: Develop management strategies in the sports field that integrate key elements in the sports industry, optimising the use of resources, and preparing information in a clear, understandable, objective and structured way.
